Main Street Fall Quarterly Meeting

Description: The 2019 Fall Quarterly meeting will be hosted by Venice MainStreet on October 7 and 8th. Educational sessions discussed at this meeting include, but not limited to, an introduction to our brand new reporting system, discussion of Venice MainStreet's recent beautification project, and a guide to event insurance and music licensing discrepancies.
Federal Tax Credit & Local Ad-Valorem Tax Exemption Programs Webinar

This presentation provides an overview of the federal rehabilitation tax credit program and the local ad-valorem tax exemption program and will highlight successful rehabilitation projects in Florida that utilized one or both tax incentives. This webinar is intended to give participants a basic understanding of the programs and how they might be applied at the local level to incentivize historic preservation.
